This starter kit contains 1 vial of 1M cryopreserved human bone marrow-derived human mesenchymal stem/stromal cells (hBM-MSCs) with 3 x 500 mL kits of RoosterNourish™-MSC. RoosterNourish™-MSC is a serum containing, highly-productive, bioprocess medium.
Following the provided RoosterBio® protocols this affordable kit can generate >100M cells within 8 to 10 days – without the need for media exchange. It is ideal for small scale testing, evaluation, and optimization of experimental conditions for future scale-up.
These products have been used worldwide to test and optimize a process capable of generating high volumes of hMSC critical raw materials and has supported top regenerative medicine research, product developers, and translational institutions.
