Overview

RoosterBio’s MSC Expansion Bioreactor Kits are all-in-one cell and media systems to support 3D and perfusion bioreactor expansion of MSCs from seed-train through bioreactor expansion and harvest.

Kits are available for bone marrow (BM), umbilical cord (UC), or adipose (AD)-derived human Mesenchymal Stem Cells (hMSCs) and include the required xeno-free (XF) hMSCs, RoosterNourish expansion media, and RoosterReplenish bioreactor feed required to follow our step-by-step process recommendations.

No matter the level of bioreactor experience, implement a media-exchange free process that leverages the industry’s most productive MSC production system.

Microcarriers not included:  Per our protocols and process recommendations for bioreactor cell culture, RoosterBio suggests using either Corning® Low Concentration Synthemax® II Microcarriers (3781) or Sartorius SoloHill Collagen-coated APC Microcarriers (C/CIR-221).
