Overview

RoosterVial-hTERT-hCP-XF (C51001CP) and RoosterVial-hTERT-hBM-XF (C52001BM) are xeno-free human Mesenchymal Stem/Stromal Cells isolated from either placental chorionic plate (hCP-MSCs) or bone marrow tissue (hBM-MSCs) and life span-extended via ectopic hTERT expression.

Each lot is held to strict release criteria covering performance, identity, and safety. Working cell banks were continuously cultured in RoosterNourish-MSC-XF (K82016) with Geneticin (G418) antibiotic selection for more than 25 population doublings without exhibiting reduced growth or replicative senescence.  Efficiently manufacture trillions of cells by leveraging a media exchange free process that reduces doubling time while maintaining MSC identity and functional characteristics.

License Requirements:

License Required for Pharmaceutical Research: RoosterBio out-licenses telomerized cells for use in for-profit pharmaceutical research, where a flat $5,500 fee allows customers to evaluate our hTERT-modified cell in their laboratories for a period of 6 months, after which an annual license fee is due. For-profit pharmaceutical customers must agree to the conditions in our license agreement prior to shipping. Please email info@roosterbio.com for license agreement.
