Overview

RoosterVial™-hBM-XF are human, bone-marrow derived Mesenchymal Stem/Stromal Cells (hBM-MSCs) isolated from the adult human iliac crest from normal, healthy donors and expanded to a population doubling level of 6-10, post-mononuclear isolation. Each lot is manufactured from a single donor, expanded in RoosterNourish-MSC-XF to ensure a fully xeno-free cell product, and held to strict release criteria including performance, identity, and safety

To ensure confidence in cellular starting material, RoosterVials are accompanied by a 1st in class Quality and Characterization brief adhering to ISCT minimal criteria for hMSC identity and differentiation, as well as functional immunomodulatory potential and angiogenic cytokine secretion. RoosterVial-hBM-XF is also available in a GMP version for a seamless transition into clinical manufacturing.
