Cell & Media Kits

Overview

The Xeno-Free (XF) Bioreactor human Bone Marrow-derived MSC Starter Kits include RoosterBio XF hMSCs, XF RoosterNourish expansion media, and XF RoosterReplenish bioreactor feed.  A kit to evaluate a 500 ml fed-batch hMSC 3D Bioreactor system that is free of media exchange.

Simplified, step by step process recommendations from seed-train to bioreactor expansion are available for multiple bioreactor platforms to ensure no matter the level of bioreactor experience, scientists can quickly and effortlessly generate >100 million hMSCs within 8 to 10 days.

An additional kit option for hMSC-EV production includes RoosterCollect EV Pro to seamlessly transition from hMSC production to Exosomes / Extracellular Vesicle (EV) generation.

• Each kit includes  – 1 x RoosterVial™-hBM-1M-XF (1 million hBM-MSCs, MSC-031) + 2 x RoosterNourish™-MSC-XF (500 mL, KT-016) + 1 x RoosterReplenish™-MSC-XF (10 mL, SU-023)
• Extracellular Vesicle kits also include RoosterCollect EV Pro (500 ml, K41001)
• A media exchange-free bioreactor system vetted in multiple platforms*
• Backed by 2D to 3D comparability data

Microcarriers not included:  Per our protocols and process recommendations for XF bioreactor cell culture, RoosterBio suggests using Corning® Low Concentration Synthemax® II Microcarriers (3781). Our system is also compatible with Corning CellBIND® Microcarriers (3779).
