This study illustrates an operator-friendly and cost-effective manufacturing system for clinically relevant production of extracellular vesicles (EVs). Utilizing RoosterBio’s mesenchymal stem cells and bioprocess media in conjunction with the Osilaris bioreactor platform delivers robust cell expansion with minimal time and resource use and highly concentrated EV yields. With growing demand for translation-friendly EV production, this collaborative system aims to provide a clear, translatable path from proof-of-concept to clinical manufacturing.
