Chief Financial Officer

As Chief Financial Officer of RoosterBio Inc., Tom Bielan brings over 20 years of diversified global Life Science and Medical Device industry experience.  Tom has a track record of success in Business Process Improvement, Manufacturing, M&A, and International Team Building.

Tom was the Group Vice President of Finance for 5 years at Datascope and was instrumental in selling the company to Mindray International, where he stayed on and served as Chief Financial Officer for Mindray USA while integrating the companies for the next 3 years.  Tom also served as the Chief Financial Officer for various private equity backed companies, where he drove significant turn arounds and successful exits for the companies and investors.

Tom holds a Masters of Business Degree in Finance from Fordham University, a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Montclair State University, and he is also a NJ Certified Public Accountant.
