The XF hUC-MSC Donor Screening Kit contains 3 vials of 1M cryopreserved xeno-free (XF) cells from three (3) selected donors (RoosterVial™-hUC-1M-XF, C43001UC) and 500 mL of RoosterNourish™-MSC-XF (K82016). RoosterVial™-hUC-1M-XF are Xeno-free Human Umbilical Cord Derived Mesenchymal Stem/Stromal Cells (hUC-MSCs) isolated from the perivascular Wharton’s Jelly region of the human umbilical cord. RoosterNourish™- MSC-XF is an affordable, highly-productive XF bioprocess medium for the rapid expansion of human mesenchymal stem/stromal cells (hMSCs) from multiple tissue sources. All RoosterBio® XF hUC-MSCs meet the ISCT minimal criteria for defining MSCs including surface protein expression and trilineage differentiation potential. The product vial undergoes stringent safety and sterility testing and is backed by a lot-specific CoA. Additionally, RoosterVial™-hUC-1M-XF has industry-leading functional characterization, including immunomodulatory potential and angiogenic cytokine secretion profiling included in the accompanying QC Brief and detailed per lot.
