RoosterKit™-hBM-1M contains 500 mL of RoosterNourish™-MSC (KT-001) and 1 vial of 1M cryopreserved hBM-MSC (RoosterVial™-hBM-1M, Part No. MSC-003). RoosterNourish™- MSC is an affordable, highly-productive traditional bioprocess medium* for the rapid expansion of human mesenchymal stem/stromal cells (hMSCs) from multiple tissue sources. This complete kit, with included RoosterBio® protocols, supports in vitro expansion of hMSCs in a 2D batch process to reproducibly generate 10X hMSCs expansion in less than 1 week. All RoosterBio hBM-MSCs meet the ISCT minimal criteria for defining MSCs and are released based on hMSC identity (cell surface marker expression), expansion, viability, sterility, and differentiation potential. Additional QC Brief contains industry-leading functional characterization, including immunomodulatory potential (IDO assay) and angiogenic cytokine secretion profile.
