Overview

RoosterVial™ Exosomes are “ready-to-use” extracellular vesicles collected from RoosterBio’s Xeno-free Human Umbilical Cord- (XF hMSC-UC), Bone Marrow- (XF hMSC-BM), and Adipose-Derived (XF hMSC-AD) Mesenchymal Stem/Stromal Cells  and manufactured using RoosterBio’s optimized extracellular vesicle production platform.

Each lot is produced by RoosterBio’s robust EV manufacturing process in a 3D bioreactor system before downstream processing. Extracellular Vesicles are clarified, concentrated using TFF, and filtered with 0.2 µm filtration where they finish at a concentration of >5E9 particles per mL. EVs are analyzed for size, concentration, purity, tetraspanin surface markers (CD9, CD63, CD81), and cytoplasmic marker TSG101.
